PageRank Update – HomeBiz Resource Rakes 4 from N/A!

I was alarmed about the recent PR update and rushed to check. I was expecting one or two PR at most, but look! HomeBiz Resource was awarded 4! Wooo-hooo!! Praise The Lord!! 
I checked, re-checked, and cross-checked… absolute 4.
Hmmm…. hold your horses, Louis…
Now, what have I been doing since the last PR update to the latest? Well, maintaining and updating the blog while sometimes submitting articles I’ve written to article directories. Basically, I practice traffic driving tips I wrote not so long ago. Not all, but consistently. Have you read them? What else are you waiting for? Look what have those tips done to my PR!
Need more reason? Maybe here’s one more, mostly all of those tips will lead you to leave your link. So the more often you do each tip consistently, the more linkprint you’ll leave on your track and I think these links give a significant boost to whatever you’re linking to.
Do you have another opinion on another aspects affect Google’s PR? Are they only myth or proven already?
