If you’re on a diet, make sure you’re aware of these tips to avoid your weight coming back. Here are some of them:
- get rid of bad habits – clean your mind that you have to eat everything you see delicious. Start small by not taking as many as you used to and aim to have full control over your apetite.
- de-zone your home – keep your food where they belong…the kithchen! Don’t snack while watching TV.
