Microsoft’s Kumo To Mark The History of Visual Searching?

Expectations to a reliable image search engine will soon be fulfilled with the presence of Microsoft’s Kumo search engine. The news leaked when internal feedback are collected by the company.

PCWorld.com mentioned Evernote as one of the search engines to recognize handwriting and search similar text based upon its reading. Google itself recognizes images with the help of file names and text near the images. Will Kumo meet the expectations of a reliable image search engine as good as Google does text? We’ll see.
