You can follow these steps. I hope you don’t find my explanations confusing, since my blogger account displays the menus in a language other than English.

1. Analytics provides you with a code block to add to your site’s pages.

2. Highlight the code block and then copy it.

3. Once you’ve done it then login to your blog at http://www.blogger.com/ to administer.

4. Click on the Template tab (the third tab from the left), and then the third tab from the left again (something says “Edit HTML” or similar). Just scroll to the bottom.

5. Look for the end of the template for “< /body>”

(Google Analytics Code Block is going to go here)
< /body>
< /html>

7. Then click Save Changes.

8. Back to your Google Analytics account and click “Verify” or “Check” on the “Status” column. It should be valid.

I found this info here. Since I’m not familiar with blogger. But I implemented those steps and they work!

I cannot add Tracking Code to my site. Help me with this. please. I do not know how to proceed with this. I have a blog named: http://itjobhunt.blogspot.com/ and I have taken this blog from blogger.com so I am not sure who is the web admin.

Google analytics says: Tracking not installed.
