Cabbage Soup Diet


Although there’s a study that says dieting is useless, there is a dieting program called the Cabbage soup dietwhich won’t let you hungry. Cabbage Soup Diet is a seven days simultaneously weight loss program to lose weight. The diet is based on the cabbage soup which you can eat as much as possible everyday. You’re not goint hungry since you can eat as many as you want as long as you follow the outlined plan. Beside cabbage soup, you can eat fruit, vegetables, beef, milk, rice, and drink tons of teas and juice. It can be boring eating so few foods, but since this diet should only be followed for seven days, it’s easier than you think!
